By accessing this website and booking a ticket for our event, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

  1. Organizer Responsibility
    TravelSphere Holidays holds full responsibility for planning, organizing, and executing the Pune Ponnonam Onam Sadhya event, which will take place on 6th September 2025 at Westend Mall, Aundh, Pune.
    Sponsors and partners are supportive collaborators and are not responsible for ticketing, refunds, food quality, or operational matters related to the event.

  2. Bookings & Payment
    All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized sales partners.
    A booking is considered confirmed only upon full payment.
    Once payment is completed, guests will receive an email or WhatsApp confirmation, which will serve as their official entry ticket.
    All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

  3. Event Attendance
    Each ticket is valid only for the date, venue, and time slot specified at the time of booking.
    Guests must present a valid ticket (digital or printed) at the venue for entry.
    Attendees are requested to arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled serving time.
    Service and seating will follow the time mentioned on the ticket; late arrivals may result in reduced service time.

  4. Menu & Service Changes
    While we aim to serve the announced traditional Kerala Sadhya menu, some items may be substituted based on seasonal availability or other unavoidable circumstances.
    Event timings, seating, or arrangements may change due to weather, government directives, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, guests will be notified in advance wherever possible.

  5. Cancellations & Refunds
    All cancellations and refunds will be processed in line with our official Refund & Cancellation Policy (available in the website footer).
    Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within the stated timelines.

  6. Guest Conduct
    Guests are expected to maintain respectful and courteous behavior towards staff and fellow attendees.
    The organizers reserve the right to deny entry or remove guests from the venue without refund in cases of disruptive or inappropriate conduct.

  7. Liability Disclaimer
    TravelSphere Holidays is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the event, unless caused by proven negligence.
    Food consumption is at the guest’s discretion. Guests with allergies or dietary restrictions are advised to confirm ingredients with our team before eating.

  8. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction
    All disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Pune, Maharashtra.
    The decision of TravelSphere Holidays management will be final and binding in all event-related matters.
